XVII Moscow International Property Show

Every year the Moscow International Property Show is visited by more than 20 thousand people, among them are potential buyers, real estate agencies, consulting companies, and etc. The exhibition which is held twice a year - in Spring and in Autumn - is a perfect business event where contracts are signed, deals are made, and negotiations are carried on almost every minute. The participants of the Moscow International Property Show unceasingly thank for the professionalism and high rank of the organization.

The prove of the great success of the Show is a waiting list which is consist of more than 100 companies wishing to bring their offers to the attention of the Moscow audience. The other summand of the success of the Moscow International Property Show is the financial wealth of Russians in the background of the relative stability of the state economical situation. The liveliness which reigned over the Autumn exhibition in Moscow, as many foreign participants noticed, bore no resemblance to other similar real estate events which were held at the same time in different countries and were targeted onto the attracting the European buyers.

The uncertainty of the future of European Zone makes its citizens to put off the expensive purchases, especially if it requires mortgage. At the same time Russians are sure both of economical perspective and of reasonability of investing in property, because mostly they don't need any borrowed capital, and therefore the property purchasing appears to be a guarantee of safety and often of an increasing of the invested money. Together with the last global financial crisis and followed decrease of prices that is a one of the key factors which makes Russians to buy a property abroad.

According to the some experts, the grand total of the business in the international property market with the participation of Russians in 2011 compare to 2010 will increase up to 25% and reach the mark of 15 billion dollars. However, the number of bargains with the involvement of borrowed money will remain on the last year level which is about 30%.

"The Russian market today is a market of a big demand and relatively high buying potential, - Kim Waddoup says. - That's why foreign developers, agencies, and other companies which work on the property market should be ready to collaborate with Russian client. Although it demands certain knowledge including special features of demand and supply, observing an interest to such kind of investments, familiarize themselves with the other companies' experience, let alone arranging real deals, there's one event where every of these steps can be made, and it's the Moscow International Property Show".
