Last International Property Show in the Autumn Season of 2009

AIGROUP held the crowning Property Show in the autumn season of 2009. International properties were displayed at SC Tishinka, on the T-Modul exhibition venue. The status of the resultant event probably influenced both participants and visitors. As reported by the organizers, 172 participating companies presented properties located in 40 countries on all continents including Australia. An electronic scoring system yields accurate data: 7,720 interested visitors attended the show. Reviewing the results of the exhibition season, we can say that Bulgarian, Spanish and Turkish markets remain most popular destinations among the Russian buyers; however Montenegro has aligned itself with the said markets and experts anticipate a boom of sales in this particular market. Companies offering real estate in the Baltic lands have also stirred to higher activity. In the words of Kim Waddoup, president of aigroup, the international property market has definitely overcome the crisis. The number of transactions keeps rising and investments feature large among the purchases. From these perspectives we can look into the year 2010 with optimism, Mr. Waddoup assumes. aigroup closed the autumn season of 2009 with the Property Show. The next property shows will be held in St. Petersburg on April 2-3 and in Moscow on April 9-10, 2010.
